We understand that your child's ability to succeed depends largely on their ability to receive critical services that are customized to their needs.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
ABA is the gold standard approach for kids with autism.
Based on decades of scientific research
Focused on creating meaningful and significant improvement for your child.
We use the techniques proven to be most effective in improving communication skills in children with autism.
Our interventions are based on applied behavior analysis.
We begin with an assessment to find out where your child needs improvement and then create a treatment plan from that point.
We have extensive training and experience in identifying and reducing problematic behavior.
We rely on evidence-based interventions.
Our behavioral supports range from comprehensive plans to behavior coaching and consultation.
With social skills training, we help your child develop the skills they need to to make friends.
We provide group opportunities to practice these skills with other children.
Our social skills groups are matched to your child's age and skills.
We understand the specific barriers that can make it difficult for kids with autism to master toilet training.
As part of a skills training program, we can work with you to create a customized toilet training plan.
We follow the plan while working directly with your child and make adjustments as necessary.
Before beginning services we complete a comprehensive assessment.
We can provide diagnostic evaluation when needed.
Once we develop your child's treatment plan, we continually evaluate your child's progress to determine future direction of goals.
We listen. Providing exceptional services involves first listening to you about what your child needs.
From the beginning of your services, we meet with you and discuss how we can help your child, and we listen. Your clinician will then complete an assessment to determine where to start, and will develop an individualized plan designed specifically for your child. Interventions are based on the latest proven techniques, primarily using Applied Behavior Analysis. Common therapeutic interventions include:
Discrete Trial Training
Social Skills Training
Natural Environment Training
Independent Living Skills
Once the plan is developed, your clinician will work with you to develop an intervention schedule based on the needs of your child, your family, and your life. An autism interventionist assigned to your child will come to your home throughout the week each week to teach your child the new skills. The behavior analyst will visit regularly to provide direction to the Interventionist, and to meet with you to discuss your child’s progress and to adjust teaching strategies. Throughout this process it is our goal to continue to listen to you and deliver exceptional services that are tailored to the needs of your family.
