Our Approach

We listen. Providing exceptional services involves first listening to you about what your child needs.

We will meet with you and discuss how we can help your child. Your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will then complete an assessment and develop an individualized plan for your child. Interventions are based on the latest proven techniques, primarily using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Common therapeutic interventions include:

Discrete Trial Training

Social Skills Training

Natural Environment Training

Antecedent-based Interventions

Verbal Behavior

Independent Living Skills

Once the plan is developed, your BCBA will develop an intervention schedule based on the needs of your child, your family, and your life. An assigned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work within the defined schedule, at your home, and teach your child new skills. The BCBA will also visit regularly to provide direction to the RBT, discuss your child’s progress, and modify teaching strategies. Throughout this process, we will continue to listen to you and deliver exceptional services that are tailored to your needs.
