The Role: Psychologist

As a Psychologist at Affinity, you’ll play a critical role in supporting children and families through assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services, while partnering closely with ABA teams to drive meaningful outcomes. What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.

Support diagnostic clarification and treatment planning

Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to inform individualized ABA programs

Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to inform individualized ABA programs

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on research and best practices

What You Bring

Education, licensing, experience, and skills.

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology

Active Utah Psychologist license

3–4+ years of experience with ASD, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health (preferred)

Strong understanding of ABA and interdisciplinary collaboration

Excellent assessment, documentation, and clinical skills

Salary

$110,000-$130,000 annually

(Compensation above this range may be considered for candidates with advanced experience or specialized expertise.)
